Use only the official Rwanda website when signing in. A saved bookmark is safer than following an unexpected message, advertisement or shortened link.
Standard login steps
Open the Rwanda domain, choose Log in, enter the registered mobile number and supply the requested PIN or password. The operator may request an additional verification step when the device, network or account activity has changed.
The browser should show HTTPS. HTTPS protects the connection but does not by itself prove that a lookalike domain is genuine, so check the full hostname as well.
If the login fails
First confirm the country code and mobile number. Then check whether the keyboard has inserted spaces or changed characters. Avoid repeated rapid attempts because security controls may temporarily restrict access.
Use the password or PIN recovery process displayed on the official domain. If recovery is unavailable, contact support through the website rather than through an account that contacted you first on social media.
Lost or replaced phone
When a registered SIM is lost, secure the mobile-money wallet and telephone account first. Ask the mobile provider about blocking or replacing the SIM. Then contact the operator and expect an identity check before account details are changed.
Protecting an active account
- Do not reuse the betting PIN for mobile money or email.
- Never disclose a verification code to support staff or an agent.
- Avoid saving credentials on public devices.
- Review account history after any unexpected notification.
- Request a temporary suspension if you believe somebody else has access.
Service availability
Logging in does not mean every service is operating. betPawa currently states that deposits are temporarily paused, while existing customers can use the functions identified in its latest notice. Always review that notice separately from the login page.
